The Night Sales Assistant role is an entry level job for candidates looking to grow a career as salespeople. Your daily duties revolve mostly around contacting our English-speaking speaking clients (mostly North America and Europe). This job also offers a direct career growth to become a full member of our sales team. All the training required for this position is provided on the company’s behalf.
Responsibilities:
- Qualification of incoming leads and prospect identification using the internal database;
- Contact the company’s clients using chat, email and occasionally phone calls (these are all inbound leads);
- Filling and updating data in a CRM system (follow-up on status);
- Drive clients towards booking a meeting, schedule meetings;
- Respond to clients’ questions and provide them with initial information about our services;
- Document your work and keep track of tasks;
- Work in collaboration and as a part of the sales team.
Required Skills:
- Able to freely express thoughts and ideas in written and spoken English;
- Highly motivated and proactive approach;
- Interpersonal communication skills;
- Basic computer skills;

- Deep analytical skills;
- Experience in working in lead generation and sales preferably for the US/Canada region – major advantage.
