The job responsibilities:
– Respond in English to our users via designated support interface;
– Communicate with users via social networks;
– Stay updated with our product, its features and functionality and how our users experience it.
Requirements:
– Fluency in written English is a must;
– Experience with manual transactions;
– Excellent customer service skills: ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious;
– Strong communication skills and the talent to adapt and respond to the different types of personas and characters.
– 1-3 years’ experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Customer service, or another similar role;
– Growth mindset — you welcome feedback and constantly want to improve;
– Experience in cryptocurrencies is desirable.
