Our company is a fresh fintech project. We have created modern products for our own unique banking platform. Our business model has generated an annual turnover of $300 million from existing partners alone, including many neobanks from Europe and Asia.

The project is designed for the global market, so we are constantly growing and developing, and therefore our friendly team, passionate about their work, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist!

 Our wishes to the candidate:

  • Experience from 1 year;
  • Understanding of the features of the financial technology market, banking and cryptocurrencies;
  • Experience in the B2B segment will be an advantage;
  • Englishlevel from B2;
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  • The desire to develop, master new tools, independence, the ability to take responsibility for one’s work;
  • Stress resistance, proactivity and goodwill in any situation.

 What to do:

  • Communication with clients (B2B);
  • Creating and tracking issues in Jira;
  • Platform monitoring using pre-configured tools;
  • Maintaining documentation of tasks and frequently recurring requests
